Ok my 5D was showing signs of dust straight out of the box.......

Looked on various forums and as this was my first attempt at cleaning decided to go with the "dust aid"

Cost £39 inc P+P and came with 12 pads and plasic wand type thing.

You attach a pad on the wand - set the camera to sensor clean - and using the wand press the pad on all areas of the sensor.

Used 3 pads but I think this was more user error and I am picky .

Would definitely recommend the product for those not wanting to jump straight for the eclipse fluid.

I'v just discovered dust on my sensor + need something, so will give this a go I think. Not cheap, but if it does the job, then it's worth it.

If you look on the for sale board of fred miranda or POTN there is an American selling them for $50 delivered - I had already bought mine

I've never bought direct from a foreign online trader, only ebay foreign sellers, but as I always pay by Paypal in £'s, it's not quite the same thing. I'm a member at Fred Miranda's (wanted his velvia action), so I'll go look there, but isn't it complicated or expensive to pay in forex, + slow deliveries?

Charlotte I think I would try the air blower method a couple of times if it was my camera. I have cleaned my camera a few times using one of them Giotto air blowing things ( looks like a rocket kind of shape) it seems to do the trick nicely.

I shoot motox and have to clean it every other meet not scratched it yet don't think dust will scratch it
