Well I had to look up 'spume'.... to froth or foam.
Have to agree it is pretty unusual When I first looked at your shots I thought the boat was just buried in odd looking sand

A comedy word and a favourite of mine!
I do think the second one's best too, and likewise, could do with a quick mono conversion. There's bags of texture in your spume (narf narf!) |

...now if that were me. I'd have waited for some local inebriate to come out of the nearby pub, handed him a wee note of the realm and invited him to walk over to the boat for a photo opportunity.
I prefer the first. It would have been the second if it had just a smidgen of sea and/or sky in it. |

Very unusual subject matter!!!
The second one is the better of the selection for me due to the way the lines in spume all seem to lead to the boat. Again like the others I think a conversion to black and white might be worth trying. |
