Autumn
Went out trying to find some autumn colour but the light was too changeable to really come up with anything, here's the best of them anyway. Bit disappointed I couldn't find any strong reds

Wow, nice shots there mate. The tree in the first one is better than the one I was going to post later today! I think i'll wait a while now before posting mine, so people will have forgotten how good yours is.
I do have nice reds though, so meh! ![]() Some great compositions there, well done.

The last one hits the spot for me.
I like the way the sunlight comes through the leaves. Very Autumny

The 2nd and last really grab my attention. They are all pretty good though. I must get out and take some of those type of shots.

#3 .... I've seen similar fungus growths on trees in my local (Epping) forest - but never way up the trunk like that. Highest was maybe a foot off the ground.

2 and 4 for me, love the yellow and orange in 2 and the sunlight on the leaves in 4.

Nice play of light in the fourth, but the first has a certain starkness that says winter's on its way :|

The first one says more winter to me than autumn but the forth is great, no focus point per say, no subject as such and yet it screams autumn with the beautiful rich, saturated colours of the leaves and the blue sky peeping through the gaps in the foliage. I wish I could “see” pictures like that when I am out and about. Great photo mate.
