The best start to Christmas
 Wonderful setting and worth travelling 180 miles for.  The Cathedral Primary school in Ripon Cathedral. Grandson is the Narrator making an entrance stage right in the first image and granddaughter somewhere in the Nursery as a singer!  The Angel and Shepherds - one wonders if she is an angel in class!  Something is more intersting behind the action for the lad at the back! His lordship narrating. A wonderful finish to the School term and the herald of all the excitement of Christmas for the children. Well worth effort and time the staff of shcools throught the country put into these events.

very good pictures fangman, I hope you took some of the Cathedral alone it looks like a great place to photograph, I like the second shot

lovely images... I am going to my sons christmas concert on wednesday in the school hall, but its not a nativity play....... "hosanah rock" he says its called.... will take the camera and "hope" i will get some shots of it!

I never mind! Most of them had been through Neat image and then just the figures "painted" back in with the history brush - not sure about this one as they are part of a wider set that were on their way to have several copies printed. The Narrator shot certainly had been processed that way. It is always good to see other peoples appraoch to processing.
