Fortnightly Assignment - A look back at the winners in 2007

As we're still lookling back over 2007, The Crew thought it would be a nice idea to showcase the winners of the Fortnightly Assignments.

For those of you who are new to Pixalo or have not considered taking part before, the Fortnightly Assignment is nothing to be scared of! It was set up to give you a chance to have some fun with your photography and to encourage you to get out and about with your camera. The themes for the Assignment are suggested by members and a selection are chosen every fortnight for you to vote on. It isn't a serious competition and there is no prize, other than the kudos of having your entry judged the best by your peers and fellow Pixalo members and having your entry showcased on Pixalo's homepage.

You can use an existing shot if you have one in your portfolio that meets the theme but we like to think that you will use the Assignment as an excuse to get out there and take some pictures!

If you'd like to join in the current Fortnightly Assignment, see here for more details.

If you'd like to see more entries, have a look in the Fortnightly Assignment Gallery here!

Enjoy!

Still like the golden tint in "The Prayer", thanks Pixalo for running a fun contest.
