Illuminated Palace
The Amba Vilasa Palace as the Mysore Palace is known, is an excellent combination of Dravidian, Indo-Saracenic, Oriental and Roman styles of architecture. The Maharaja's Palace is a beautiful three storied stone building of fine gray granite and rich pink marble domes, Illuminated with 97 Thousand bulbs during Dasara and national festivals and yes I got a chance to visit this beauty this weekend. C&C please.

Re: Illuminated Palace
WOW - that even puts the houses in the local estate's Christmas lights in the shade (just)
![]() Sorry I've had to break the link as the image is oversize for Pixalo - max 300kb and 1000 pixels on longest side. |

Re: Illuminated Palace
Very impressive and nicely taken. I hope my neighbours do not see this and change their Christmas lights. We would never get to sleep at night.

Re: Illuminated Palace
Nice work there Amit, certainly captured the full building really well. Might just pull the sides out to fix the converging verticals but the rest is excellent
