I can't remember, but I may have posted this before. There is a different version in my gallery, just wanted to know what you thought of this one, and the conversion, seeing as a lot of fuss is being made about mono right about now...

 Looks pretty good tho I'm somewhat distracted by the shadow on the white object underneath - and I'd be tempted to burn some more texture/detail into the petals |

I agree with that. The petals really need some attention as they lack detail.

Nice one Jack. I agree with a bit more detail in the petals, + I'd also crop off the dead space on the RHS, to within a couple of mm beyond the end of the twig. Also agree p'raps you could clone out the shadow. I like the mono conversion, it has a nice soft effect. Love the composition

Tried to crop out thing underneath, didn't go well, I already got rid of a big leaf on the right
 The thing about the detail, which I accept it needs, is that there wasn't much more than that to be honest, it was just...white....not sure, I'll have another look later... |
