Took this today at Wharram Percy. It's an old abandoned medieval village in North Yorkshire. You can see the excavated foundations to the front and rear of the current farmhouse. Apparently, there have been settlements on that spot since several hundred years B.C.:

It's a nice shot and well exposed, but I'd be interested know what PP has gone on here? It's looking very soft, almost watercolour. Noise reduction?
