Members Gallery storage limits

Everything Pixalo provides for members is free. By becoming a member here you are automatically provided with 20mb of totally free photo storage space, which provides enough space for approx :-
* 200 x 100K shots, or....
* 138 x 150K shots, or ...
* 20 x 200K shots

This is done to give you a starting point and get you running with hosting and displaying your photos. But what happens once that limit is reached? You have several options…

* You can go through your images here at Pixalo and delete the less popular or older shots to keep within your allowed limits.

* You can use any personal web space that you may own, a personal site etc. and link to the photos from there in our forums.

* You can use any ISP provided storage space and link to the photos from there in our forums.

* People who don’t have their own personal sites or ISP space could register for a free account with the likes of Photobucket or ImageShack, or any other provider, and use their services to host your pictures.

However as an alternative to the options above, we can increase your photo storage space for the "cost price" of the storage space and bandwidth it takes to serve those files. This would allow you to keep more photographs at Pixalo, and to continue to get feedback from other Pixalo members.

Please remember that we don’t make profits from our members. This cost is exactly what we are charged for the extra space, and is a one off payment via Paypal of £2 (or equivalent US$) per 10mb of EXTRA gallery space.
