Anyone used www.studiokitdirect.com before ?
Best price I can find for Elinchrom D-Lite 4 kit,( price £440 incl P&P) is at studio kit direct. Having never used them before, has anyone any experience of them .... good / bad ??

Seriously
 I spent quite a few quid buying Lee filters from them.Used them a few times. Phoned up checked stock paid my money received my goods.........no problems  |

Well - as luck may have it, I get to answer my own question.
One of the Elinchrom D-Lite4's in the kit I purchased from SKD last week was faulty. I emailed SKD on Friday. Today I have a replacement head (sent direct from Elinchrom), and the return postage refunded to my credit card :-) The response to my problem by Peter at SKD has been exemplary, he responded quickly to my emails, in a friendly and helpful manner, and has sorted out my problem really quickly. I would have no hesitation in either using SKD again, or recommending them to others. |
