"This is a brand new 100% compatible Rechargeable Lithium-Ion Battery Pack for the NEW Canon EOS 20D, Powershot Pro 1, Canon EOS Digital Rebel, Canon 300D, 10D, D60, D30,Powershot G6, Powershot G5, G3, G2 and G1. Battery cover is included. 7.4 Volts 1400 mAh"
Info taken from website linked below. My friend has just bought a couple of these and has had no problems, I note that my own Canon batteries are only 1100mAh and and are 350% more in cost.

If anyone know if you can get cheaper ?

Just ordered 2 of the 1500mAh from the "Honest Scottish" company for £21-45

[edit] Batteries arrived tuesday am after ordering sunday Top service from this chap [/edit]

Never thought I'd run out of power on a days shoot but after changing to raw shooting me thinks I also need a faster memory card as well!!!
