It's not the money Dan, it's me procrastinating, deciding on a monitor ... pretty much know what I want spec-wise for PC, it's just the monitor decision holding me up, as I've seen a few that I like
 I was initially just going to upgrade the RAM, but decided to go the whole hog ... it's time

 Wish I were as efficient as you ... only a couple of days to decide whether to buy it or not, but it's difficult to assess the trial on my old pc

If you get this month's DP there is a video 'tutorial' on LR on the coverdisc. It might give you enough info combined with your own trial to enable you to make a decision.
