1. This offer is only available on the purchase of either of the following:
* A new Nikon D5000
* A new Nikon D3000
2. The offer is valid on purchases of a D5000 or D3000 made between 5th November 2009 and 10th January 2010 (inclusive). The camera and lens(es) must be purchased in a single transaction.
3. The promotion only applies to products which have been supplied and distributed by Nikon UK Ltd within the UK and Republic of Ireland. Nikon UK Ltd cannot accept claims against products purchased from alternative markets. Visit our website for a list of authorised retailers, but we would also advise to check with your retailer before buying.
4. This promotion is not available on any second hand or graded stock.
5. The closing date for applications is 15th February 2009.
6. To claim for this promotion go to Nikon Cashback Offers, the following items are required:
* Proof of purchase in the form of a legible photocopy of the retail receipt or invoice clearly showing the product name AND date of purchase,
* A photocopy of the retailer record/warranty document for the camera and lens(es) once the required details have been completed.
* Confirmation of your online claim submission. Where web access is unavailable please call 01420 525 506 to order a claim form.
Submitted documents will not be returned to the applicant. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Nikon cannot accept responsibility for lost, delayed, damaged or illegible applications.
7. This offer will be redeemed directly through Nikon UK and under no circumstances by the retailer.

9. The promotion is available to the original purchaser and is limited to one claim per person. Multiple claims from companies, organisations and institutions and claims from resellers are excluded from this offer.
10. This cashback offer is subject to continuous ownership of the product(s) purchased. Nikon UK reserve the right to recall/cancel payment if the product is returned/resold.

12. This offer will be fulfilled by cheque (made out to name shown on your application). Please allow 28 days for delivery from receipt of application If you have not heard anything after 28 days of submitting your paperwork, please call our cashback support line on 01420 525 506. It is the claimants’ responsibility to cash the cheque whilst it is still valid.
