Re: Onestop digital.
Yes, only once but that isn't because I wasn't satisfied.
I bought a Sigma 150mm macro from them. FedEx billed me for some duty and their handling fee, so I sent the invoice to OneStop and they refunded it. Most other people who've commented on them were not charged, so I reckon I was unlucky. General opinion seems to be favourable - but just watch out for regional camera warranties. ![]() |

I've bought a couple of things from them without any problems.

Re: Onestop digital.
I bought my Nikkor 50mm f1.8 from them last year, and I'm waiting for my Sigma 1.4x teleconverter as we speak.
Not heard any bad reports about them. |

Re: Onestop digital.
They are claiming international warranty although I'm not sure what that actually means.
The scary part is if the item is defective, it'd be a real nause having to send a lens back. |

Re: Onestop digital.
Rob Barron had to send his 40D back and I think he said a replacement camera was in his hands in 5 days.

Re: Onestop digital.
I've bought a couple of things from them, the latest one being the 70-300 VR lens, which came with the international warranty that you're talking about Soup. Assuming it will be the same, mine was with (Mack Camera & Video Service | Official Camera / Electronic Extended Warranties in NJ, NY, USA and worldwide) which is reputable I believe. I read the guarantee card but disregarded it, because the company is USA based and, like you, I thought it would be more hassle than anything, so I didn't bother registering. I later learned that I should've, as my lens would have been fully covered locally, i.e. would not have to send the lens to USA in the event of a claim, after all
It was good cover too "7 year lens under $1000" (which this lens was) ![]() Check out Mack for yourself, but I'd say "go for it" EDIT You could always email Onestop to ask any questions you have, they are usually good at replying promptly

Re: Onestop digital.
And they honour their 'Price Match Guarantee' as well ... I was looking through lenses on Warehouse Express site, and comparing the ones that caught my eye to Onestop (as I usually do). I spotted the Sigma 24-60 2.8 @ £199.99 at W/E and it was £233.99 at Onestop. I sent them an email which simply said "This is the first time that I have seen you more expensive than Warehouse Express with something!" along with a link to the item on the W/E site. The next day I received an email from Onestop saying they had accordingly reduced their price to £189.99 to stay competitive, and sure enough the item on their web site showed the new price
