online shopping sites!

Hi
Im trying to get some new kit for me camera and was wodrering if any of you know a decent place to get the best deal online to get this stufff:
A backpack-(Lowepro fastpack 350)
Nikon D40 camera armour.
Ive already looked on the lowepro website but they dont seem to have a shopping site but instead just direct you to 100ds of different sub retailers. Can anyone give a hand, like a good place they prefer to shop from online from for example.

Your best bet Russell is to Google or use a price comparison website! also lots of retailers tend to use eBay as well.

Warehouse Express is usually there or thereabouts on price.

Yep, I've used Warehouse Express several times + have been more than happy with their service. And they have a 'price beat guarantee' on their stuff, so if you find it cheaper at another UK online or high street retailer, you could get some money back. Can't be bad.

I'm starting to trust J&R.They've done right by me twice, and gotten what I ordered to me in less than 2 weeks on each occasion. That actually says alot, when you only get mail twice a week.

I use this site now Camera Price Buster - UKs cheapest camera gear its like pricerunner et al but specific to photo gear.

Camera price buster is very good, but I'd be a little cautious about buying from warehouse express without shopping around a bit first, as I've found them more expensive than elsewhere on occasion.

I HAVE USED WAREHOUSE EXPRESS ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS , NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS, THEY ALWAYS SEEM TO HAVE WHAT YOU WANT IN STOCK AND I THINK
THEIR PRICES ARE VERY COMPETITIVE. ALL MY ORDERS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN DELIVERED
THE NEXT DAY. AS CHARLOTTE HAS POINTED OUT, THEY ALSO HAVE A PRICE MATCH.

The main reason I like Warehouse Express is that they do 0% finance on a 'buy now, pay later' scheme, and if you pay it up on time, there's no interest to pay, or you get the choice of spreading payments (over 3 years I think) but you pay interest. I've used this facility twice + will do again when I'm ready to buy the D300

But the main point is that if you already bought from WE and you find it cheaper elsewhere, they will refund you

So you may as well just buy from them without messing about shopping around, 'cos if you decide to check the price later + find it cheaper elsewhere (within a set time limit of course), you won't have lost out at all, but in fact you should get the difference back in your pocket

What it boils down to is you don't have to shop around. Theoretically of course

I've used Warehouse Express, Charlotte is right on their price policy and no hassle either!.
I wanted a monopod, saw it cheaper somewhere else; told them and they knocked £7.20 off their price. It took them 1/2hr to check it out, they then rang back with the deal.
Can't be bad

PS, saw the same monopod on e-bay and people were paying more plus postage, go figure
