Panoramic Aid
Found this helpful {to me} aid to take panoramic photos, Small enough for your pocket or bag it fits onto your tripod and lets you take 12 photos with 2.5 degree overlap and for £9.99 wont break the bank. It is strong enough to take a SLR with a zoom lens. Its called Panamatic and is on 7dayshop.com on their specials list

There was me thinking I needed a needle and thread one question though, As a beginner do you think an overlocker would be beyond my skills? there does seem to be a lot of threads that are needed with it and I am on a pension Still you are the expert so I will get one on order ASAP and see how I get on. Re: Panoramic Aid
Yes and no Markulous
It does screw onto the top but the camera sits far enough forward to show the spirit bubble and rear of the angle indicator. as long as yo have a sturdy tripod {unlike me at this time } setting the level is easy with the spirit bubble then as the device is set to do up to 12 shots for full 360 degree {with a 2.5 degree overlap} the 180 degree mark shows at all times as you move the camera for each shot. I would not say that it will solve all situations but for me {as a novice} i have found it has aided me in both keeping horizons level and in getting a constant overlap on each shot Regards Sparhawk Last edited by Sparhawk; 27-10-2006 at 16:33. |
