Be vary careful here, a google search threw up a load of complaints.

It seems they ask you to confirm your order by phone, when they phone you they try to sell you very overpriced accessories (many that should be included with the camera) and when you say you don't need/want them they will not send you the camera, telling you it's "out of stock" instead.

Please do a google search for yourself, I really hope you don't get stung here.

Sotelo - Don't do it!

As Sonsey says, they are scammers and will try to sell you accessories - including those that should come with the camera - for an exorbitant price. If you say you don't want them, they won't sell you the camera. It's amazing that firms like this are allowed to continue trading.

you were right. they did call and tried to sell overpriced items,they asked me for my credit card number and I gave it to them....BUT..... the deal stoped right then and there, they checked the number and found out it was a pre paid card. guess they didnt like that. LOL ...I usually keep a pre paid card handy for when I have to do an online transaction where I cant use Pay Pal . pre paid cards do not contain any of your info. whatsoever.. Your very welcome mate, the last thing we want to see here is a member being taken advantage of by bad retailers, I'm glad you got away from this one unscathed

General rule: If a bargain looks silly, it IS silly. Nobody out there is selling camera or anything else on a philanthropic basis so they are not going to sell expensive items for a lot less than they could have got.

Sotelo, well done for using a card they couldn't trace you on, excellent idea. We don't have those cards over here as far as I am aware, just debit cards which is what I always use. However, in my case there are personal details involved so caution is always order of the day.

Glad you didn't get stung and well done Sonsey and Silky for getting in quick to stop them.

Rob , There Are Companies Over Here, That Now Do Pre Pay Cards.
Good Idea For Internet Shopping, But I Would Not Like To Say How Many
Companies Will Accept Them.

The Other Problem Is, They Charge A Monthly Fee.
I Have Seen Them Advertised In National Newspapers Also On Tv.

PS I HAVE JUST HAD A QUICK LOOK ON INTERNET FOR PRE PAY CREDIT CARDS.
THERE ARE QUITE A FEW COMPANIES DOING THEM.
