Re: What do you guys think?

Nice enough shots but not too wild on the processing

Re: What do you guys think?

well to each their own, but the "processing" is kind of the point with these photos. When it comes to pseudo hdr, you are either gonna love it or hate it. Thanks for the input though

Re: What do you guys think?

Ignoring the processing...

1. Too much background clutter here - the other cars - the wires top left.

2. Not a bad angle - maybe work better either a bit wider (the whole wheel) or a bit tighter

3. Car needs to be on the other side of the frame or in the middle I think.

Oh go on then - the processing No 1 is the best by far. Maybe back off the green s a bit as they're competing with the car a bit?

Re: What do you guys think?

my problem is that in using HDR you arent really supposed to be able to notice the processing, its meant too replicate as close to the real image that the eye sees cos the camera cannot capture the same amount of tones as the eye,
because of the overuse of the processing it is now resembling a cartoon and has no resemblance at all to what the eye is seeing, i agree sometimes an image can really stand out but the point of an image is not just the processing it has to have an interesting and eye catching subject that perhaps tells a story as well... these are just cars, nice cars yep but just the same cars you would see on the road, if they where say vintage cars or some kind of rare cars that would perhaps make it work but for me it doesnt sorry

and yes u are right its subjective, a dare say some folk would fall over themselves for these images. its a love hate thing with over used HDR.
