"Glamour Shot Look"
1.- Duplicate your image. 2.- Add surface blur Filter/Blur/Surface Blur in this image I used Radius : 10 Threshold : 30 you can play with these settings. 3.- Set the Blending mode to Luminosity 4.- Add a Layer mask 5.- Go to Image/Apply Image Set Layer to Background set the Blending to Normal you can play with the Opacity in this case I left it at 100 (between these steps you can also play with the opacity) 6.- Set Foreground color to Black and choose a soft brush, I set the brush at 50% opacity for eyes and 25% opacity for eyebrows. YOUR DONE!!! It takes about a minute and a half. Hope it helps.
