How do you clean the sensor

It looks like its time for me to clean my sensor, I am getting a few spots on my pictures now. As Rob put a thread up somewere Any chance of a link.

I have just added a proper tutorial for cleaning sensors as the question seems to come up again and again. I have shown a couple of different methods but of course not all as that would be entirely impractical. Hopefully though it will provide a simple and clear method for people to use to get their sensors clean and ready for action.
