Photoshop Workspace

This is a trick so we can use that extra space in Photoshop.
All you have to do is press Shift+Tab and the side Palettes will disappear to the side, hover your cursor on the edge and they appear move the cursor and the hide again
This gives you a lot more working space.
If you want the Palettes fixed again just press Shift+Tab again.

And there you are.... HAVE FUN

Re: Photoshop Workspace

Have read your other tips, all great for hose new to the 'business'.
Another useful tip that sort of relates to this one, possibly only works in CS3, could be the fact that you can reorganise your most frequently used palettes into one set of tabs by simply dragging them together:

Re: Photoshop Workspace

Yeah it does work in the others but many prefer to get them totally out of the way to have more space to work in.

Re: Photoshop Workspace

press Shift+Tab and it hides it, move your cursor over the edge and it shows, move the cursor away from the edge and it hides, if you don't want it to hide anymore press Shift+Tab again.

this is what should happen it happens in mine it should happen in everyones.
