Film scanner

Hi,

I've just found out from a well-known web-based photo equipment supplier that the Nikon LS50 ED scanner is now no longer available from Nikon.

As this was the only (just) affordable one from their range of three film scanners, it seems like an odd time to pull it.

Does anyone know if and where it might still be available from?

KPK.

Welcome to Pixalo KPK

If you particularly want this model I think you will have to fish around and hope that someone has one on their shelf that has not been sold.

The usual places like Google, e-bay, Amazon, etc will be the easiest, but also consider looking for used ones where people might have traded up.

Alternatively, have you done any research into other makes to see if the performance of the Nikon model can be matched by a scanner that is currently available?

Try Nikon LS50 ED - Google Product Search
Only one result, but still a result!
