Hi everyone, just wanted to introduce myself. I've just joined the site and have uploaded my first pics. Hope you like them. I must say it's very exciting joining a new community. I've been on a few sites, some good, a couple not so good, and am looking forward to meeting new people and hearing new ideas. I've been shooting digital ever since 2004 when I bought a Canon EOS 300D. I'm now using a Canon EOS400D. I love Macros and nature pics, but dabble in all types of images. I'm currently trying to learn the intricacies of good seascapes. I've got a long way to go yet I think. Cheers.

Re: G'Day From Down Under.
Hello Annabelle
Like you I love scenic photographs and especially seascapes. Unfortunately where I now live is to far away for me to photograph those unless on holiday. I'll look forward to looking at your shots in the gallery

Re: G'Day From Down Under.
Thank you everyone for such a warm welcome. I've been away for a few days so haven't had a chance to reply till now. I've been doing a lot of sunrise and sunset shots so expect to see heaps of them in my gallery soon. I've just started shooting RAW so it will probably take me a while to process anything decent but I'm looking forward to the challenge. Who said you can't teach an old dog new tricks?
