Hello ~ Newbie on the Block
Hello,
My name's Clare aka Rosegold, I've just joined and already have a few shots up in my members gallery  Blame Mark  I recently got my first digital slr camera, the Sigma SD 14 with 4 lenses, before that I was using my 5mp Olympus Camedia C-500 Zoom and while it has terrible shutter lag I had a lot of fun with it. I've been having some trouble printing out good 6x4 shots with my Sigma  something I'm looking into now, but today I tried A4 and WOW! Not a bit of bother as I didn't even try to re-size and great looking too which I'm over the moon about.I'm also a member of a couple of Yahoo photography e-groups, and while I won't be here every day, I'm not their either  I am looking forward to taking part and commenting on photos etc when I can. This seems like an interesting place to be, lots of options to mess about and have fun with, our own galleries if we want them, and lots of photos to look at which I enjoy. Oh, I'm 35, from North East England, can't work as I have CFS/ME, and the love of my life is my Miniature Dachshund Murphy, you can see a shot of him in my gallery. Right, I'm off to have a look at some more photos  P.S. Don't hate me, I can't help it, I'm irrevocably drawn to smilies, they're evil!

-Hello hal1, Thank you, Pixalo does seem like fun even though someone, who's name shall not be mentioned *cough Mark* is hiding the cool smilies from me -Stepheno, I'll think about the review, but to be honest I really don't know what I'm talking about so it wouldn't be up to much! All I can really say at the moment is that I love it! And it has the added bonus of making Mark jealous  -Hey P-E great sign -Mark, where did you get the cool and very apt smilies from? Love them, do you have a zombie? Or one with its head exploding? Hah, I've discovered the More button  Quote:
