I joined quite some time ago but haven't been active. I'm from Cape Town, South Africa and also take part on a South African photography site. It keeps me pretty busy, and I regularly get together with other members in Cape Town. I'm not sure therefore how active I'll be here but I'll try and remember to pop in each day to see what's going on.

Other sites using this forum software have different skins or themes available but I don't see anything similar here. Is there any way to change the look and feel of the site, particularly the colours? I find this dark grey scheme quite hard on the eyes.

Our current colour scheme was used to make Pixalo stand out from other sites and give us our own identity, Pixalo also took particular consideration to how Photographs are displayed on the net and came up with a theme that we think really works in that area. However, we do realise that people have different preferences, so more options that will allow all members to have a choice going forward will be announced soon... watch this space!
