Hello and Introduction
Hello to all Pixalo members.
After being a lurker for a short time I decided to take the plunge and join your community, having been inpressed by both the written and, of couse, the photographic content of the site! Having flirted with photography in college a good few years back (utilizing my dad's old film SLR) I've been attempting to rekindle my interest since the fall of last year. Currently I'm primarily using a Canon Powershot A620 and try to get out and take pictures most weekends. I feel the camera, though relatively basic is providing me with a good range of photograpic control on a budget, while I put money asside for a DSLR. I'm based in Dundee, Scotland and can't wait for the short winter days we are having to end so I can get out after work to take more pictures. I look forward to posting some of my images for critique shortly and I hope to improve my photography by becoming an active member of this forum. |
