Hello From Stuttgart
Guten tag,
Just wanted to say hi and provide a short intro. American living and loving life in Stuttgart, Germany. I work as a database admin for the US Army In Europe in the great city of Heidelberg. Photograhy, music and golf are my second loves after my wife and daughter! Photography - I shoot medium format, 35mm film amd digital. Euipment includes Mamiya RB67 and M645, Bronica ETRSI, Nikon D50, Fuji S7000 and several Canon AE1, Pentax and Olympus models. Music - Drummer playing in a rock band, big band and Guggamusik (More on The Gugga Later) Golf - Just Started, handicap 200 but I love hitting and putting! Looking forward to posting and reading all the forums to gain more photographic brain cells |

Nice intro and I have to say that you are very lucky to work in Heidelburg, its a beautiful city. I have spent quite a while there myself and now live on the outskirts of Munich. I have split your post off into its own thread so that the other members can welcome you to the site as well  |

Wow, I am blushing!! Thanks for such a great welcome. Heidelberg is a lovely city unfortunatley, I only work here! I commute daily from Stuttgart (approx 40 mins on the ICE (Bullet Train). I have a pbase web page with some previous pics from Heidelberg castle. I plan to spend a non-working day here and update my galleries while the weather is still nice.
