Hi All in Forum land . I am new to this so be kind .
Hi All at Pixalo .
I am new to Digital photography . Looking to get started . I purchased a Nikon D60 to get me started . I am disapointed about the lack of copatability of lenses with this camera . I am thinking of buying a D80 to replace it as it seems a more flexable camera . That depends on cost I may have to settle for a D70 or D70s . So if theres any body out there with a reasonable Used D80 for sale please drop me a line . Thanks Kevin |

Hi Kevin, nice camera,the D80, should be able to get a good second hand one for around £350.
But buy from dealer or forum like this,e-bay a bit of a minefield.  |

Welcome to Pixalo Zippysurfer
 You have just missed two D80s in our classifieds forum  There are many more lenses available for the D40/D60 now than there were not too long ago. Nikon, Sigma and Tamron are all increasing their ranges of compatible lenses, so this issue is not so bad as it was. The D80 is a more capable camera, and is still worth thinking about, but for reasons other than the lenses. |

ITS A LONG TIME AGO SINCE I OWNED A d70, BUT IM ABOUT TO MOVE ONTO THE d3 NOW, BUT I MUST SAY YOU CAN DO A LOT WORSE THAN A D70, I STILL THINK THEY OUT DID THEMSELVES FOR THE TIME, ITS A FAB CAMERA
