Hi Guys
Hi Guys
I have only been in DSLR photography for a little over the a year now, coming as most do from film, a few years ago. After a "break" got back "into it via" point and shoot digitals. I now have a 40D ( yep another canonite) and a few bits of glass. I am mostly into "animal stuff "but I have recently been tampering with macro as well. Oh and my real name is in my signature Thats about it, I will go back to lurking for awhile  monkeydave, if you read this thanks for pointing me in this direction.

Wellcome Chris, don't be shy,let's see what you have so far, love the digital ! what about you ? It's so nice not to have to take my film in and get the big let down, when the pics didn't turn out the way I remembered taking them ! You will love it here, there are some really good people here ! good with sharing their knowledge, and kind to newbies. Have fun !

Thanks for the welcome Guys
 Frances, I actually got rather dis-heartened ( with film) and thats why I packed it all in a few years ago. With the digital age things seemed to become easier
