Hi from a new member and old filmster

Hello from a new member and an old filmster. I've only just gone serious digital and bought an EOS 350D. Whilst I love its convenience, I feel I must come out of the closet and publicly admit that I still enjoy using some of my many vintage film cameras most of which are pre-war. I have however just purchased an Epson 4990 Photo scanner which does a great job of digitising my 120 roll film negs and making them easy to edit into digital images. It's great to come across such a good site where a newby to digital can feel at ease and be confident that the answers are out there.

The convenience of digital is what got me interested in photography all over again. I must admit that film still holds a special place for many but for me, the hassel of the processing stopped my photography for many years.

Hi and welcome from another old fimster! I am still using my Mamiya RB67, M645S, Bronica ETRSI, Canon AE1, Pentax ME and Olympus OM1...wow that was a mouth full!
