Hi too all you lens poets

Hi all this site is wicked. Just wanted to ask any one who has a Nikon D300
if they have used the 3d traking yet and what were the results. By the way I just
aquired a D300. Also is there any body out there like to share some tips on using the
D300. Or better still take me under their wing for a day. Check out my web site its walkersphotography.com

all the best

Haha! Yes I have

Hi Fly, I was using a fairly slow AF lens (sigma 70-300), and tracking cyclists down a street (as a test), and even despite these conditions, it worked well. I mean, you need a fast lens to get the best out of it, but I'd say about 5 or 6 in 10 shots were sharp with this one, which IMO is good
Also tried it on a few birds, much harder, but it did seem to keep the focus, even if I couldn't keep up with the birds!
