I signed up ages ago, then something happened and I ended up on the other side (for those that know) ....hey, I was just going with the flow. Will you have me back please....

I little about myself is in order I guess.

I've been togging on and off since I was 13 I'm now 43. ..I've went digital two years ago and I've been taking it seriously since then, I'm more of an arty type photographer rather than any category, weddings, sport etc. ..although, years ago, I used to do bike motorsport as a poorly paid tog in a small bike magazine.

I've come to the point in my work where I need to focus more on quality (photography and processing wise) rather than just the content. I'm hoping the grading system and award methods you guys use will help me understand where my faults and failings lie, and in doing so, help me to improve my my work.

I'm a motorcycle mechanic by trade (I run my own business) but since promoting my photography work locally last year I now sell the odd print or three and intend to take it further.

If you have a look around the Photo Manipulation section you'll find plenty of processing tutorials and tips (with more always coming) to hopefully help you on that side of your photography... also feel free to post up some of your existing work in the Photo Critique section to get a bit more of a detailed responce from the members, I'm sure if you specifically ask for feedback on your processing you should get some helpful replies
