Just learning
Iam retired, Gotset up with a laptop and aNikon D50, greatfun but a lot to learn .This is my first venture into posting threads ,Hopefully with your help ican gain confidence.

 Glad your having fun with your camera, you'll find plenty of information allready on the forums that'll help you get to grips with your camera, and also plenty of friendly members ready to help if you cant find what you need  Also, please don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions about using the forums, we're here to help!

Hi Foxesbrew & welcome.
Great little outfit you have their with the Nikon & Laptop. I too started out fresh to forums about 2 years ago. Very easy to get in to, easy to find or ask for info & a great bunch of people to banter with

Hi Sonsey Stepheno and Dave ,thanks for your greetings ,I hope i can upload some photographs soon. Got to work out how,last attempt failed problem with size of files.Probably me being dense.

Welcome Foxesbrew. There is a 200K limit & 1000 pixel max width for photos if that helps. Some help here on resizing :- Reducing Filesize for the Web / Albums etc.

Thanks MickB I managed to resise using Cannon Zoombrowser.A little push in the right direction works wonders.
