Lovely sky, and putting the tree in sillouette does it justice. For my money I would have liked to see the top of the tree.

This is very nice, good colour and sillouette.
Top of tree just to the right you will see an area of grey. I would clone this out as it catches the eye and seems not to belong.

I love trees and fantastic skies. This has both. I agree with matthew, I'd like to see the top of the tree! Excellent image, very eye catching.

I would recommend selecting the sea right along the horizon line downwards and then doing a subtle burn in with a very soft brush along the top so that the horizon is distinct, even in the tree area, so that it separates it from the sky as it is too close tonally and is merging itself into one mass.
It's a touch over-cooked hence the burnt out areas, but the silhouette created is very interesting
