Needless to say, it is a dead flat square!

It is to be found in Lagos in the Algarve, near the waterfront, in front of a statue of Prince Henrique the Navigator. He was either born or used to live there (or both). I think that the designers have been really cleaver in capturing the movement of the waves in this mosaic. A fitting tribute to this man.
