far out Milan, this is nice, I would like to post this at work, it looks like the hand of the manufacturing work force in America, 70% of the jobs have left the country for 70% less labor cost.
Of course this is a good business decision that leaves 40 million people unable to pay for health care, can't even get a band aid for the cuts on their "hand".  Pretty inspiring picture.

Thank u guys
all u have to do is to find some interesting textures,blend them together using multiply mode,add them to your main object, make some layer masks, levels and saturation layers to control the right balance, dodge and burn tool if needed and so... all in photoshop
