colouring is interesting and works well in this photograph but the main figure is not sharp, a distinction between her and the figure in the background based on focus is necessary I feel.

You could rotate this image to correct the leaning buildings. I have a feeling this could be done and then the softness of the photo would not bother me. It's a great idea but looks rushed.
