As a start to the day we went to this beautiful loch before having the chance to photograph red squirrels - pictures to be posted tomorrow.

Something about this photo stands out to me. The vivid green against the dark trees works great. You can really picture yourself being there.

And it really looked like that at the time. The combination gives a cartoon-like feel to the image I think.
