Interesting treatment, and there is certainly impact. Is it essentially one picture, (that is, one street/location) or an amalgumation? The only small thing I'd point to is the light border visible between the rooflines/church outline and the dark sky. Wish my proceesing was as good as yours!

Cheers, ye it's one picture, but the top half had a nice silhouette of the church but the rest of the sky I had totally over exposed. So I made the top part of the shot into negative.
