Noper. I cant take much credit outside of clicking ok or play or stop. Its an action I found online. Im not sure what the profession thinks of using other's actions, but I find it an awesome way to learn about PS and what it does.

Just google triptych photoshop action, im sure you'll find them as easy as I do.
