Excellent comp, and I love the emotion you've captured in this shot. Good DoF, I like that rider + horse's faces are both in focus; BG nicely blurred so I can still see spectators, giving it context. Desaturate the red flags a bit? A bit stronger contrast would be good, and reduce brightness so highlights don't blow.
