I have had this camera about a year, it's small light and the buttons all fall to hand very easily. Image quality has been very good below 400, but drops off quickly thereafter. Buffer memory size, speed of autofocus and switch on (once you turn off the splash screen!) etc have not caused any reason for complaints. The feature set of this camera is really great for the price, most of the features being well thought through and useful. The menu system is nice to use - but the lack of a digital display on top, and basic information through the viewfinder make the camera less well suited to specialist use. For general photography, learning and developing with digital photography this has been a great camera with a featureset that still has new surprises to teach me as my knowledge has grown ... a great starter camera that you won't find limiting for some time as you get more experienced.
