Description: PRO STRAP™ is rapidly becoming the choice of professional photographers and people who use large cameras with long heavy lenses. It's also ideal for use on portable power packs. The patented weight reduction system makes the PRO STRAP™ absolutely essential for prolonged use of a heavy camera or portable power pack. Equipment instantly feels 50% lighter and 100% more comfortable when using a PRO STRAP™ . The weight is evenly dispersed while the strap functions as a shock absorber to eliminate neck and shoulder fatigue. The Non Slip Grip™ adds the finishing touch which enables camera gear to be safely carried slung over the shoulder. You’ll definitely feel the difference!

The PRO LOOP STRAP™ combines all the same features of the PRO STRAP™ with a unique connection system for especially tight connection points. The strap loops through the connection area to form a slip knot which "falls" away freely from the camera when in use. This easy-to-attach connection system is a great alternative to OP/TECH USA's patented connector. A simple and extremely secure system you can trust!

Pros: Comfortable, Ideal for one shoulder carry and bracing.
Cons: A bit showy

I have had one of these on my cameras for over 15 years and they are great straps. The shock absorbtion seems to make a small difference but it is way over hyped by them. What is very good is the profile and shape of the strap coupled with the grippy dimples on the underside. This means it is perfect for one shoulder carrying great when swapping bodies or to avoid the Tourist look. It is comfortable even with an unbalanced set up. They may look flimsy but last very well I tend to sell mine with the body and I know a 10 year old one that is still giving great service.

The great plus of the stretchy strap is actually not mentioned; it means if you use a strap wrapped around your wrist to brace when hand holding you get great tension which can really help with steadying. You can also remove the strap and be left with a carrying handle/wrist strap. You can also add other accessories for example a wrist tether and use the camera strap as a bag strap. The only downside is common to all camera straps they seem to want to let everyone know you have an expensive body but anything is more subtle than NIKON's standard straps that even helpfully tell the model so thieves know to avoid some dodgy last years model. I have the black and have often considered using felt tip on the white writing. In fact I may do it now.
