I've had the Pentax *iST DL2 for just over a week and first impressions are thus:
- lightweight and easy to hold
- Easy to understand menu
- Nice size viewscreen which is easy to zoom in on
I'm no expert on SLR cameras and I can't compare it to other cameras nor comment on the technical stuff but, for someone like me, trying to improve their basic understanding of photography with a more "grown up" camera than a point and shoot, I think this fits the bill.
