Pros: Light weight , four thirds system, reasonably priced
Cons: Its not 2.8

I put few negatives with this lens, there probably are some more if I thought hard enough but its my most used peice of kit, so versatile and is the one I always have attached to the body for those just in case shots.

The four thirds system is great, the fact I can have double the focal length and 1/2 the weight/length is one of the reasons for sticking with Olympus, although sometimes I think I should stick on a cardboard tube because people don't think its long enough to be a working photographers lens!!

Easy to focus, manual focus could be better but non of zooms beat the primes for ease but it is still pretty simple to use out of auto. For me the major downside is that its a 3.5-5.6 the 14-54mm 2.8 is about double the price but still not bad for a Zuiko lens.
