OVERVIEW
Noiseware is a high-performance noise suppression software tool designed to decrease or eliminate noise from digital photo or scanned images.
Unlike most image processing software techniques that utilize simple methods (such as median filters) to treat digital noise in images, Noiseware features a sophisticated yet fast noise filtering algorithm.
Using the adaptive noise profile capability and sharpening function, Noiseware greatly reduces the visible noise while keeping the details in the images.
8 MPIXEL IN UNDER 4 SECONDS
Inimitable Performance: Continuing its ever-increasing performance tradition, the new NoisewareTM 4 boasts an additional 25% speed increase, plus dual-processor support enabling a further 2X performance improvement over its predecessor. Now you can process 8 MPixel files in under 4 seconds in 16-bit mode.
CLICK-LESS WORKFLOW
Intuitive and Intelligent: True to its Easy-to-Use principle, NoisewareTM 4.0 further streamlines sophisticated workflow into an intuitive experience. No camera profiles needed - just click once. Noiseware’s IntelliProfileTM algorithm, with its Self-Learning mechanism, will automatically calibrate a precision noise profile and choose the optimal settings for each individual image. The manual region sampling method is also available, if preferred.
COLOR AND TONAL RANGE | FREQUENCY | DETAILGUARD
New Unique Features: NoisewareTM includes three new control sets to enable a wide range of fine-tuning and superior output quality. Now you can adjust detected noise levels as well as noise suppression levels by tonal and color ranges. Noiseware's new DetailGuardTM preserves image details based on tonality range and processing degree, safeguarding picture details from excessive alteration.
BATCH PROCESSING
The Noiseware Standalone editions feature a high-performance batch module that can transform your desktop system into an industry-grade photo processing server. What makes Noiseware's batch processing truly unique is its built-in intelligence which, combined with Noiseware’s self-learning algorithm, custom-tailors the filter parameters for each respective image automatically during the batch process, thus ensuring optimal image quality for each individual file.
Furthermore, the batch module integrates with Noiseware's image browser and allows an extensive array of configuration controls for specifying the batch file naming conventions, destination, format and more. Download the standalone and take it for a spin.
SELF-LEARNING
Self-learning is another unmatched feature of Noiseware. It explores and perfects the noise detection capability over time as more images are processed. It uses EXIF data to identify relevant image variables including the acquisition device parameters and shooting conditions. This information, together with the respective noise data, are analyzed and aggregated to generate a knowledge repository which contains rich information about your camera(s) and/or other acquisition devices, as well as your shooting techniques and settings.

It has about 15 presets that cover almost any situation from Landscapes to portraits to Night Scenes, you can adjust any of these presets to fit any of your needs.
Noiseware Professional supports 16-bit images
Noiseware Professional is also designed to deal with some of the problems caused by JPEG compression artifacts.
It has 4 tabs which you can use to tweak any preset, Detail, Frequency, Tonal Range and Color Range, these tabs have about 36 control sliders to tweak them.
You can use it directly from the Filters menu or use one of many presets from the Actions list. Great Stuff!!
And for those who take lots of night photos or just have plenty of noisy photos
It is possible to make an action that would automatically process a folder of images though Noiseware in a batch.
Noiseware Professional reads EXIF data from camera files in order to learn more about the types of images you process.
This updates the noise reduction engine to improve the auto settings.
Also there are two simple selection tools that allow you to sample areas within the image for evaluation of the noise reduction.
I usually duplicate the background layer before applying Noiseware.
That way I have control over layer opacity and masks this provides another level of control over the noise reduction process.
You can get it as Stand Alone or Photoshop Plug-in.
Love it.!!
