APS-C size sensors only, No lens hood

I have to admit this is my least used lens, but that's not because its no good, it is a very good macro lens, i just haven't really got into the whole macro thing (probably because i'm not much good )
The times i have used this lens, i have taken some cracking shots. It has a whisper quiet auto focus which can be overridden easily by manually focusing, ideal for when you need fine tweaks. Wide open it produces some lovely creamy bokeh (blurred backgrounds) Its well made and feels it will last forever and it is very light. Being 60mm it doubles up as a cracking portrait lens as well.
The downsides is there's no lens hood and it only fits APS-C size image sensors. It can also hunt a bit in low light but with its manual overide or full manual focus this can be easily overcome.
Highly recommended

excellent lens,
I've purchased this lens 6 months ago and have to say It's great all round performer from CANON. It's macro lens but there's no problem to use it for portraits and other kind of photography. It's not that sharp on f2.8 as I expected but stopped down to f/4 it produces
razor sharp images.
